He started his career in Financial Service with AG Edwards which later became Wells Fargo. He was one of a few African American advisors in Memphis, TN. When he became the branch manager his unique path became more demanding. Earning the trust and respect of your peers is always challenging for a new manager. Being a minority leader amongst the majority is the next level. Jerome handled all those barriers with grace and dignity.
