We are living in strange and difficult times. The church is being minimalized in our culture and in many cases, the church is adapting to the culture around it in a desperate attempt to be relevant. But what we are seeing is God’s Word being fulfilled around us and we should not retreat or surrender. Instead, we need to stand strong in the face of persecution and suffering. Join us starting June 4th as we begin a new series on the book of First Peter titled Odd Life, Good God. This study will assist us by affirming our Christian identity, guide us in our relationships within and without the Christian community, with Jesus as our model, and remind us that salvation is future, something to which we zealously look forward. Despite the present challenges of living among people hostile to Christian faith, we have a “living hope".
