"Crystal D. McLean is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Fayetteville State University and has worked in the financial industry for over 11 years. She's proud to actively support her community and has been involved in numerous volunteer and charitable organizations.
Crystal's passion for helping youth with financial literacy led me to become the author of two international best-selling financial literacy children’s books, “Harmoney & the Empty Piggybank” & "No No Sonny, Save That Money".
As a single mother for years, she's learned to be creative and strategic with her finances, inspiring her desire to assist others financially. As a current wife and youth pastor among other roles, she has used all of her experience to help others. She's been featured on CBS News, IBronco Radio, Fayetteville Observer, and many other podcasts and media outlets. Her goal is not only to teach financial literacy but also to empower others to apply the financial tools that are available to them.
