On this episode:

Anthony and I get into music and what songs set the mood for us when we are working out or would get ready for game as well as songs we would play for a woman.

With us being fitness trainers and coaches, we get into a discussion about the difficulties in changing the mindset of a player or client. Holding them accountable is the number one thing we can do as their trainer/coach, so working to change that mindset is very important. Granted some people want to be great, while others settle for average, so that is a tell tale sign on who to spend your time on.

We list 10 or more positive qualities that we love about ourself. What do we need to say no too? What positive words of affirmations do we use to help build confidence? Lastly, we shoutout Rebecca Kim, owner of CBD Oil of Dayton. Make sure you check them out, if you are in the Dayton area!
