Join me and Lauren Dugan and Zach Stevens, two gymnastics coaches. They work for California Strong Athletics, they talk about the importance of working with little kids in gymnastics and acrobatics. Lauren got involved with gymnastics when she was just 4 years old, and grew up to be a coach, and also started her kids at a young age. They talk about how gymnastics at a young age can help kids with team work development and help grow the core. Zack never did gymnastics growing up, and he finally found it and fell in love and started coaching it. So join us to learn how they got where they are and what the importance of gymnastics and coaching is.
