Dion Green is the founder and CEO of the Fudge Foundation in Dayton, Ohio. Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) formula grants are intended to support victim assistance services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, drunk driving, homicide, and other crimes.
