In this short episode, Ideas For CoSA Moderator Paul DiGiovanni shares what he learned at a community meeting on participatory budgeting held on June 6th, 2017 at Brick at Bluestar. Presenters from Palo Alto shared their experience designing and implementing a participatory budgeting process at the community college. The event was organized by the San Antonio Progressive Alliance and Brick, apart of monthly 2nd Tuesday civic engagement events held at the location.
