With more than 15 years of experience in salon operations and retail sales, Laycee and her husband, Josh Gwyther, have been happily married for over five years and jointly own Executive Beauty Suites. Their company provides tailor-made salon and spa suites to beauty professionals who offer hair, skin, nail, massage, and tattooing services. With an unwavering commitment to creating a culture of safety and security, ensuring a deep understanding of business operations and profit, and prioritizing opportunities for education and networking, Laycee is passionate about education, leadership, and team building. Her primary purpose is helping others, and she has successfully achieved this through her active participation in business consulting. Laycee has coached entrepreneurs within the beauty industry and other business owners nationwide to achieve significant results in all four pillars in business/life. Her interests outside of work include kickboxing, traveling, and going on adventures with her beloved dogs.
