Few days ago, I sat down with Transformation specialists from the EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. It sparked a very interesting question. In a world with more and more multicultural teams with different mother tongue: which languages should be spoken? If you find yourself facing the same business situation and wonder what to do. First, I list different situation in which this question may pop up. We will explore the importance of language fluency and some difficulties that your organization may face.
