Do you want a later bedtime summer (for your kids)? Today I’m going to share my top summer sleep tips for kids. So that you can enjoy those long summer days and warm evenings WITHOUT worrying about your kids going to bed early.

In this episode, I’m sharing tips on how to move your toddler's bedtime a little later during those fun-filled summer months, while ensuring they still get a good night's sleep.

Yes, you might think I’ve gone crazy. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m always telling you to have a nice early bedtime for your child. But I’m also a mom and we have to be realistic that it can be nice to stay up a little later during the sunny summer months.

🌟 FYI - The following tips are going to work BEST for kids who are already good sleepers. If this is you, here’s how to move bedtime a little later during the summer without sacrificing your child’s sleep.
