It was an incredible weekend of basketball in Division III. Semifinals and one championship game lived up to expectations. And there is still one more title to be crowned. On the men's side of the Division III world, the weekend in Fort Wayne was terrific. Three great games, comebacks a plenty, drama, and one of the more incredible final minute (if not ten minutes) in the history of Division III title games. It was the perfect finish to an incredible season. On the women's side, the semifinals did not disappoint. Comebacks as well, drama and strategy changes, and it leads to the first-ever #1 v #2 battle for the national title with both teams undefeated. And we will recount it all on a special matinee edition of Hoopsville. Guests appearing on the Hudl Hoopsville Hotline: - Pat Coleman, D3hoops.com Editor-in-Chief - John Krikorian and Ty Henderson, No. 1 and national champion Christopher Newport - Gordon Mann, D3hoops.com Managing Editor - Juli Fulks, No. 2 Transylvania women's coach - Bill Broderick, No. 1 Christopher Newport women's coach Hoopsville is presented by D3hoops.com and Sport Tours International and airs from the WBCA/NABC Studio.
