“Aslan is a lion- the Lion, the great Lion." "Ooh" said Susan. "I'd thought he was a man. Is he-quite safe? I shall feel rather nervous about meeting a lion"..."Safe?" said Mr Beaver ..."Who said anything about safe? 'Course he isn't safe. But he's good. He's the King, I tell you.” -C.S. Lewis, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
Our God is mighty and tender. We’ve been on this journey of discovering this two-fold mystery and today on the podcast we will go even deeper. We journey through the Old Testament history of the unblemished lamb and Passover for the Israelite people and Jesus’ once and for all fulfillment of that sacrifice. Then we enter into the mystery of Jesus as the Lion. What does it look like for Him to be the Lion over our lives AND also how does He desire to partner with us as the Lion? Remember, He’s good!
