This ex civil-engineer bought his first home as an investment before turning it into a rental property and eventually buying more rental properties and thinking there had to be a better way to scale. That's when Lane joined Mastermind Groups and Real Estate Investing Syndications which brings high net worth investors together for group deals. Now he's invested in Class C & B Multi-Family Apartment, RV Parks, mobile homes, and assisted living facilities because of this Nation’s demand for affordable housing and in this episode he shares how he did it.
