After losing her father in tragic circumstances Kimberly Penharlow left her marriage and the security of her corporate job and jumped into a 'new' life. She is now running her own business, running marathons and living a joyful life surrounded by wonderful friends and a supportive community. Kimberly is an inspiring example of someone who has transformed herself in her 40s and her story will bring hope and positivity to all those stuck in a 'mid life crisis'.
