Hella Nostalgic is a podcast where we reminisce while recapping episodes of our favorite nostalgic television shows. Get to know your co-hosts, Monica and Sue, two Filipino-American millennials from the Bay Area who love a tell-all storytime. One is a diehard Nickelodeon-kid-turned-sad-adult and the other is a self-proclaimed PBS kid who will be watching many childhood staples for the first time throughout this podcast.
In this episode we discuss our backgrounds, reveal the early 2000s show we're focusing on for the time being (it's Degrassi: The Next Generation, yall), and dish about the most influential notable Filipino figures in our lives.
