In this chat, I discuss ways to practice shifting out of fight or flight (your body's survival mode) and into a more expanded awareness. When we can practice grounding into our physical bodies often and bringing our awareness more into the present moment our body's response is "I am safe." This allows us to receive more energy and intuitive hits.
