In this episode, I’m diving into the wild world of dating in your 40s—while living with a chronic illness. I’ll be sharing some personal stories from my latest birthday, those awkward 'getting to know you' moments, and how self-care has become my top priority as I navigate relationships. I’ll also talk about the ups and downs of opening up about my health with potential partners. Spoiler alert: it’s not always easy! But through it all, I’m learning to give myself (and others) a little more grace on this journey of love and life.
