No, not the baked good, though that does come up... this week we're talking about the household spirit found throughout Scotland and Northern England. A mischevious, pernickety fixture of households known for helping out at night - or if you'd upset them - making a mess, brownies prove to be self-confident queens. The stories surrounding these iconic creatures are hilarious, as are some of the things Jess says (don't tell her I said that).
