We are so excited to have the amazing Dr. Jody Carrington with us on the podcast again! We talk teacher exhaustion, and how that effects the classroom and the reliance of healthy child psychology on healthy adult psychology. Teachers cannot show up well for their students if they aren't taking care of themselves. We have to focus on filling up the people who serve those they educate. You have to have an ability to say 'now is the time to breathe'.
