So many people see the word 'mindfulness' and disengage. Today we want to rediscover and reframe what mindfulness means, and how it can transform a classroom when it is used correctly and intentionally. Just because kids walk into a school building, it doesn't mean that their social and emotional needs are left at the door. In this episode we want to give you tips and practices that will help set you up to better adjust to what is happening in the moment, and show up for your students.
