As an owner and operator of GSM Industrial, a local steel fabrication and mechanical contracting business, Mike has earned a reputation for his integrity, leadership, and unwavering dedication.

A proud resident of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Mike's journey began by working during the summers for his dad, Jim Towers, founder of GSM Industrial. Not intending to be involved long term with the family business he pursued an education in Industrial Design at Thomas Jefferson University. This foundation has propelled him into various leadership roles inside and outside of GSM, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to inspire others and drive meaningful change.

Mike's commitment to the community extends beyond his professional endeavors. As an elder and respected leader at Community Fellowship Church, he plays a vital role in guiding and nurturing the spiritual well-being of his fellow congregants. His wisdom, compassion, and strong moral compass make him a trusted advisor and mentor within the church community.

In addition to his service at the church, he is a DIY home renovation project enthusiast, a fan of Philly sports, and most of all a grateful husband and father. His family finds joy in outdoor adventures and excursions. Whether with his kids, in the boardroom, or within the community, Mike's mentoring philosophy emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and the pursuit of excellence.
