Today's conversation talks about what is Sophie's BioNutrients doing with micro algae.
We also talked about the cultural influence in "plant-based" food.
Processed (plant-based) meat may possibly feed the 95% of the world and possibly, micro algae (think, whey isolate, pea protein isolate, etc) could be the foundation of this new food.
Also the audio quality isn't top notch and there's rather visible humming of industrial machines (construction next door), sometimes podcast just do work 100% of the time.
