Today I have the privilege of talking with Dr. Lynn Migdal. Dr. Lynn is down in Florida, so she was telling me about the good weather down there, while I am up here in Michigan, which was nice to hear since the weather up here in Michigan was kind of cold the day we recorded the episode over Skype.

She is a Doctor of Chiropractic and ChrioChi™ Master, a Holistic Neurological Fitness life coach, and a motivating international speaker that has helped thousands to live up to their life potential over the past 34 years. As the founding director of the Looking Up Movement, an educational public charity, she has dedicated her life to spreading the truth about the damage that looking down at life and technology is causing in our society.
