This week, Alexandra chats about compassion. The moments that call for compassion are those when we feel called to negatively judge another. We don’t know what is happening before a scenario. We don’t know what the context is of what is going on around us. We don’t know what is going on under the surface. Those moments are when we can be more compassionate and again, zoom out for more clarity.
