Ahoy! I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with the lovely Rosi Sexton! We covered a lot of topics, from her career in the UFC, to her work in Osteopathy. It was super nice to speak to her, this is also the first time I've conducted one of these interviews without a rigid list of questions, which I found very helpful.
