Parenting is hard. Raising children who love Jesus and love other people is even more challenging. Our kids look to us as their examples of how to treat others, so it is our responsibility as their parents to love Jesus and show them how to love others well.
But sometimes our kids end up teaching us more about showing and sharing the love of Jesus than we do with them. It's in those moments that we need to pause and soak up what they're teaching us.
Liz referenced a little prayer that she leads her three kids in every single morning; you can find that here. She likes to change it up every now and then depending on what's currently going on in their town, at the kids' school/with friends or if something is going on globally.
