C. S. Lewis defined the term "miracle" as "...an interference with nature by supernatural power..." While all believers are invited to experience the miraculous through powerful and effectual prayer, some believers are given the gift of workings of miracles. This gift involves God's supernatural power working through a follower of Jesus to cause a miraculous affect.
