My name is Mel, and all my life, I have always been everyone's black friend. On this podcast I will share my own personal experiences and stories on being black in America. The first episode was recorded in early 2019, and that was also my last episode. Now, just over a year later, I am reviving this podcast. In Minneapolis, a black man named George Floyd has just been senselessly murdered at the hand of white cops, the BLM movement has been reignited and the world is in the middle if a global pandemic due to COVID19.
