From melty fake cheese to cultured lab-grown meat, investigative journalist Larissa Zimberoff is researching and sampling her way through some of the most innovative food products on the market. Following a couple of bumps in her career and for her own health, Larissa decided to pursue an MFA in creative writing and start journeying her discovery of new and interesting food on the market. Larissa gives us her take of what the future of food looks like and the environmental impact of lab-grown meat and meat alternatives.
