On this episode we are lucky enough to have on Billy Ulrich, an elite mid-distance athlete, who's goal is to break the four minute mile barrier. Billy tells us about his running career; from starting at Chaminade, winning three conference titles in the 4*800, Distance Medley Relay and 1500 outdoor his senior year at the University of New Hampshire, and moving out to Colorado to train post collegiately.
