At 29, [Noel Rock] is Fine Gael's youngest TD, and one of the youngest in the Dáil. He represents Dublin North West, and we're particular fans of his in the District office because he's taking a stand against ticket touting in Ireland. Through passing a private member's bill, he aims to make above-price ticket reselling a criminal offence, which means fans will be able to access tickets when touts can't profit from them, and there'll be no more paying out the nose for gigs. Here, Adam Heaton chats with him about his background, the contents of the bill itself, and some of the reasons Noel is so against ticket touting.
