Black people are used to having to tell their children, “don’t tell anybody you know this” - If you look at the entirety of American history, since the revolution black people have been fighting in wars they didn’t need to, but time and time again they fight for the “American Dream” but we keep taking it away from them

“C'mon, Where’s your harmonica? Where’s your tap shoes?” - The Dimes discuss the announcement of Senator Tim Scott’s 2024 presidential run - Tim Scott’s “bootstrap mentality” and “American Dream” talking points are designed to appeal to the “center-left” whites - In the end Tim Scott’s announcement came off as performative and was really just a bunch of bullsh*t

“I don’t follow these ice dwellers” - The Dimes shortly discuss Matt Walsh’s latest comments about hunting white people - Daryl jokes that if it was real, black people would make a sport out if it - The idea of projection is brought up, specifically with the Ja Morant situation - So The Dimes discuss the Ja Morant situation - Sammy gives some context and explains why Ja is legally in his right to have a firearm but may not be morally in his rights with the NBA - Daryl says Ja already gave context, “he’s on that gang shit” - After the Morant tangent the boys get back on track and wrap the show up with their finale thoughts on Matt Walsh - Conservative voices go out of their way to turn black people into “roving gangs of thugs” - Just like Hitler, they try to make it difficult to process what their saying by not using pauses and running through their entire sentences
