Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) was identified in U.S. dairy cattle for the first time in March 2024. Although a case has not been detected in Missouri, Missouri State Veterinarian Dr. Steve Strubberg joins us on the podcast this week to talk about the implications it has on the dairy industry, and what this means for dairy producers and exhibitors moving forward.
