As a full-desk recruiter since day one on a brand new desk, I was cold calling clients and candidates to build my book from a standing start of zero.
I had literally NOTHING to recruit for so I had to essentially bullsh*t my way into mattering within my market.
I had to fight tooth and nail and learn this business ASAP or else I would fail and starve since I was on a godawful, low base lol.
Here are the strategies I adopted that helped me crawl of nothingness into dominating and monopolizing my market, beating out my competition who had decades on me in terms of experience.
