In 1961, a band influenced by the southern California lifestyle (surfing, cars, and romance) emerged from a garage in Hawthorne, California. The band consisted of brothers Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love, and friend Al Jardine. They were called The Beach Boys. Need we say more?
