This episode deals with how we make decisions in our lives, personal and business, and examine the high-percentage outcomes to make the best decision at the point in time with the information we have in front of us. While working corporate investigations for years, one of my superpowers was to intuitively lead people to share information with me to understand the big picture when dealing with seemingly disparate facts. The ability to process these facts and find connection points led to outcomes of truth and facts that management could review and then make informed decisions on how to move forward. Enjoy!!
