Nadja El Fertasi is the founder of “Thrive with EQ”, an initiative focusing on building human resilience through emotional intelligence. Drawing from her extensive experience of over 2 decades at NATO, Nadja has designed a three-step system that serves as an emotional safeguard for individuals and organizations.
Nadja is a podcaster, consultant and a keynote speaker. She led the tabletop exercise on building emotional firewalls for the PMI Chapter of Ireland in Dublin, and actively engages with global initiatives like the World Savings Banking Institute.
