Jeanna de Belleville terrorized the French throughout the English Channel seeking revenge for her husband's death earning her the moniker "The Lioness of Brittany."
Joanna of Flanders fought in place of her husband when he was a POW. By the end of her time the King of England feared her power so much that she was sentenced to live in confinement. Find out why she is known as "Joanna La Flamma."
