I needed a little break recently from the busyness of my days so I decided to disconnect for 3 days by going on a spiritual retreat I made up for myself. From that, I was reminded of a few reasons why our culture is so unhappy in life. Though I am just touching the surface in this episode, I share 3 reasons why we are not living our lives to the fullest and what we can do about it so we can create a life we love. Through personal stories and insights that God revealed to me, we'll explore the dangers of constant distractions, rushing through life, and placing value on superficial things.
