She didn't know where she could go for help because of the shame she had felt around her struggles. Rose Ann felt like there weren't many options for people who love Jesus and struggle with bad habits, like drinking too much. So, she decided to write a book based off brain science and the Bible, to specifically help people kickstart quitting their bad habit.
