Regarded as somewhat of a celebrity in the BBQ scene, this has to be one of the best and most hilarious conversations I’ve had! What a guy he is!
He has a new book out, Fire Feasts which showcases everything from BBQ recipes to his grandmother’s desserts to his famous Mac n cheese. The most epic moment happens when he reads from his book and reads off his Return of the Mac n cheese recipe using Mr Morrison’s lyrics. One of the best moments in my podcast career!
