- As the high-octane defense team of Shanna Gardner, accused of orchestrating the murder of her husband, Microsoft executive Jared Bridegan, claims the prosecution is lying to keep her locked up.
- Alleged suitcase killer Sarah Boone announces a change in strategy that leaves the judge stunned. At a recent hearing, her new attorney James Owens told the judge they will be claiming self-defense in conjunction with the battered spouse defense.
