In this episode we get into why June 16 is commemorated and why it is called 'Youth Day' we unpack what led to the June 16 March of 1976, the most brutal and heartless actions of the Apartheid police force on the black students of this country resulted to many injuries and deaths... Families lost their children, homes were filled with voids and the mothers of those who couldn't make it were bruised for life, fathers were left hopeless.. We get into what happened, the evils of the government and the poor quality of education that was being offered to children of color, the unfair laws and the inequality the list is endless if we were to be honest to ourselves. Anyways, this is where we get into what transpired also please do note that this too is only a portion and not the whole story but a smallanyana summary.
