Happy five year anniversary to Connect Back In! It's fun to think back and reflect upon all that has happened since the launch of my first episode, which seems like a lifetime ago. To celebrate, I share a bit more about how the podcast has evolved since it's origination, and the essence about the true goal of why I record this each week.. My hope is that after listening, you feel reminded of your true path, and as always, feel less alone as we embark together on this journey, even if we are not physically present together. Enjoy!
