Shantay McKinley is the Director of the Positive School Center @ University of Maryland School of Social Work; the second largest lead agency of Community Schools in Baltimore City Maryland. She joins Pancho Sanchez (Community Schools K - 5 Manager ), and myself to talk her Milwaukee roots, educational journey, and parallels between the two cities.
