I have a special guest, friend of the pod and artist Mannie. Today we are talking at length about the 1997 Tim Allen and Kirstie Alley movie For Richer or Poorer. An unhappily married Manhattan socialite couple flee from the I.R.S. and end up in Amish country where they pretend to be visiting relatives. Despite the fact that this movie is a weak attempt at a rom com that BOMBED at the box office it's still one of my all-time favorite 90's movies and the chemistry between these two actors cannot be denied. How many Amish movies are there anyway? Not to mention we hit 90's bingo with a supporting evil character role by Wayne Knight! Enjoy :)
