Depression blocks millions of people worldwide from being successful. Over the past couple weeks my friend Evan and I have been interviewing people who once struggled with depression to find the secret to pulling yourself up from depression. It was immediately brought to our attention once we started that blockers are not simple issues. Because everyone is different with their own individual struggles their is no one size fits all plan to getting over depression. But maybe after listening to the stories of Mr. Danley and Alyssa Cooke you will feel motivated to find your own path past your blockers.
