In this episode I caught up with the bro TJ Nanai who is the current Vice President for the South East Titans Rugby League Club & Host of the " Keep It Simple" Podcast. We talk about what its like having the " you know what " and the whole process he and his household went through with DHS. We also chat about the ins and outs of being a Mental Health & Disability Support Worker and some of the best and worst experiences he's had doing that role. We also dive deep into our personal Mental Health battles and why there is a need an importance to bring awareness to Mental Health. One of my fav podcasts to date. Alot of gems really enjoyed this one.
