In this episode, we sit with two members of the lovely band When Chai Met Toast from Kerala, lead vocalist Ashwin Gopakumar and guitarist Achyuth Jaigopal (AJ). Following a successful UK tour, during which they kindly agreed to put up with me for an hour, they are now headed to the US for the next leg. We spoke about all things creativity, their South Indian roots, how the band formed through a mutual love of the little things in life, got to know each band member in a bit more detail, discussed team dynamics and even a little bit about the huge aspirations the band have to keep winning the hearts of people all over the world.
