Pay attention to what’s going on. Encourage others to share information and work together to make things right.
Philism: No one should die from a hurricane. Just like a crisis, there’s plenty of warning for action to be taken to fix the problem. Analyze what is going on in your business, listen to your employees and your clients. Pay attention to the marketplace to see what needs adjusting, and pivot.
